Activities/Focus of the Organization : The Laborers' Association for Studies and Development, known by its acronym Shiraa, is an independent Palestinian non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of workers and their families in the Bethlehem area, it works to protect and enable Palestinian workers and labor activists. Shiraa is concerned that human, political, and economic rights are respected, and that just legislation and labor laws are enacted in Palestine.
